YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales of spare parts through consulting, customer support, new customer acquisition and cold calling
- Key Account Management
- Customer service
- Technical and commercial equipment of the range of services
- Negotiation with customers
- Controlling and checking order processing according to quality, cost and deadline criteria
- Continuous internal and external coordination and communication
- Market analysis
- Ensuring and effective tracking of incoming payments by the customer/client
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- Technician, master craftsman or degree in mechanical engineering, forming technology, metallurgy or similar
- Several years of professional experience in rolling technology or metal production/processing or mechanical engineering
- Empathy for customers
- good knowledge of human nature
- Fun in sales with high communication skills
- Language skills: German, English business fluent (C1)
- Further language skills advantageous
- IT skills: Microsoft Office
- Commercial basics
- Willingness to travel ~ 50%, mainly in German-speaking countries
