To strengthen our team, we are offering a position as HR Administrator (d/f/m) at the Meinerzhagen site for the Human Resources team with immediate effect, permanent and full-time. In this position you will report to the Head of Human Resources. The position ensures smooth communication and processing of all routine administrative tasks of the HR department and handles them. It identifies inefficient processes, proposes improvement actions and implements them as agreed.
MAIN TASKS
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the HR department
- Maintenance of the time management system and collaboration on the project to implement a new time management system
- Travel expense accounting
- Independent personnel processing for a defined employee group of approx. 100 employees
- Preparation and post-processing of payroll accounting, taking into account applicable statutory provisions and, where applicable, collective bargaining agreements, as well as performance-related variable compensation components
- Coordination of data transfer to the external payroll office
- Recording and checking attendances and absences, maintaining personnel files and issuing all certificates
- Completion of the EDP-supported reporting system for the personnel department
- Correspondence with authorities, offices and social insurance agencies
- support for employee offers such as bike leasing, company pension scheme, etc)
SPECIAL TASKS
- Coordination and commissioning of the compulsory briefings with subsequent commissioning of the employees
- Support of the HR Generalist position in applicant management
SPECIAL PROJECTS
- Collaboration in the further development of our employer brand and implementation of suitable measures in personnel and training marketing
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally, training as a personnel clerk; alternatively, administrative training
- Language skills: German native speaker level, English: advanced knowledge
- IT knowledge: Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel: irregularly (domestic and abroad up to 10% per year)
