The position holder is responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects. In this function, the position holder closely cooperates with and supports other project stakeholders, such as workshop, sales department, purchasing department, site.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identification of the design effort for the technical office with regard to deviations and criticalities from the standard design of the machine
- Review of the customer's technical specifications, comparison with Danieli standards and coordination with the relevant departments
- Ensuring project-related documentation and data exchange within the technical office to identify deviations from the original targets
- Reviewing and ensuring sufficient resources
- Monitoring of technical costs compared to the budget
- Reference person for the purchasing department for the technical evaluation of offers for e-packages
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- Successfully completed technical training (university degree or technician) in the field of mechanical engineering
- Experience in safety aspects / training required due to special assemblies / parts
- Language skills: German, English (B2)
- IT skills: Inventor, Auto-Cad, MS-Office
- Willingness to travel: irregularly (domestic and abroad up to 20% per year)
